Our Policies
Safety
At KBCM, children's physical and online safety is a priority. At any of our physical events, children are assigned to responsible adults in appropriate ratios, with equipped and trained volunteers on ground to attend to basic needs of event participants. At all of our online meetings, there are appropriate measures in place to avoid intimidation and bullying. All interactions are adult-led and are adequately supervised. Contact us to know more.
Data Protection and Privacy
Kingdom Bound Children Ministry is committed to adhering to the data protection and privacy rights of all individuals connected to us in the course of our activities. To do so, we are committed to meeting the requirements imposed by UK Data Protection Laws: particularly, requirements under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
This Data Retention Policy is implemented to this end, with a focus on the storage limitation principle. This Data Retention Policy is based on the UK Data Protection Laws. If this Policy is at any time inconsistent with this body of law, Kingdom Bound Children Ministry will act (including by adjusting any relevant Retention Periods) to meet the requirements imposed by up-to-date UK Data Protection Laws in priority to the requirements set out in this Policy.
Any questions in relation to this should be referred to the trustees via email to info@kingdomboundchildren.com
Volunteering Policy
Our volunteers are thoroughly verified, trained and observed before being trusted to handle children in KBCM. Not only their back ground and disclosure barring records are verified, we also verify their theological knowledge, beliefs and values and obtain valid character references to confirm suitability and adaptability with our Values and Core Beliefs.
We believe we are all growing children of God, so we fellowship together, preview study texts together and jointly pray towards each of our children bible study meetings and events.
